Speed Academy
The Speed Academy is designed for youth athletes aged 8 - 17 years old. We focus on teaching proper sprint mechanics & change of direction to help your child become the fastest they can be on the field. This program is for parents who want more than just their kids running from A to B—they want them to learn the right way to run fast, all in a fun and safe environment.
In the Youth Speed & Agility Program you will develop the following:
Develop proper running mechanics and movement patterns that will benefit athletes across all sports
Build explosive power and quick-change direction abilities through age-appropriate drills
Improve coordination, balance, and overall athletic confidence
Reduce injury risk by teaching correct form and body control
